About the Trip

Tell Us Some of Your Favorite Activities and Experiences.

On Friday night, we rented an amazing Party Bus. It was definitely one of the highlights of the entire trip!!! We had the best time singing and dancing and stopping at random bars. Our favorite stop was Dudley’s! My friends went in first while I was talking to our driver (who was the best) and as I walked in, they were announcing my name and called me up on stage! They made a big deal of my group and we definitely loved every minute of it!

During the day- I really enjoyed the Catamaran we went on with Charleston Sailing Company. We had SO much fun!!! Any day I’m on a boat is always a guaranteed great day for me especially when I’m with all my favorite people.

What Were Some of Your Favorite Bars/Restaurants That You Visited?

Favorite Bar: Dudley’s On Ann when we went out Friday night.

My favorite restaurant we went to was 5Church Charleston. We went there for brunch on Saturday, and my sister created a personalized menu that was on all of our plates when we were seated. The ambiance was so cool and we stayed a few hours enjoying bottomless drinks! It’s within walking distance of Rainbow Row, so after we ate we went to take pictures. The shirts my sister ordered looked great with the colorful buildings!

More About the Trip

Are There Any Businesses You Would Like to Highlight? Someone that Really Made Your Vacation Truly Outstanding?

Really had a blast on the Party Bus with Charleston Black Cab. My sister did such an amazing job planning out all of the little details. She mailed me an invitation that had a full itinerary a month before the trip and it got me SO excited.

Any Additional Details That We Should Know?

I highly recommend going on your bachelorette during Halloween and dressing up as Grandmas. My stomach was killing me from laughing so hard! My friends and I find it oddly hilarious to dance in unison (several of us danced/cheered together since we were little). So when the grandma idea got passed around we were hysterically laughing picturing all of us grannies dancing in unison around Charleston. And that’s exactly what we did. I can’t tell you how many times we got stopped to take pictures with random people walking on the streets. The grannies were a hit! We did a ghost tour (started at Henry’s) and probably weren’t the best listeners but Kim our tour guide was a trooper and told us some pretty awesome stories. We ended the night playing dancing flip cup at the outside area of the Boho Rosa house in our wigs- hilarious!!!!
