Why Did You Choose to Open in Charleston?
I chose to open in Charleston because the roots I’ve grown here are so special to me. My relationships with purveyors and other people here are truly the secret ingredients behind each culinary experience. Charleston felt like home immediately, and I can't imagine being anywhere else! During my apprenticeship with Nathalie Dupree in her home kitchen, I fell in love with entertaining and learned the importance of fearlessness in the kitchen and beyond.
Who is Your Typical Client?
My clients LOVE food and the experience as a whole. I cook for vacationers and residents of the Charleston area who place a lot of value on thoughtful and seasonal cuisine. My clients are looking for high-quality ingredients.

Yes, I offer culinary experiences at Palmetto Bluff! I have been on Palmetto Bluff’s list of preferred private chefs
for 2 years.

Every menu is custom, mainly Southern and Italian. I'd love to hear about what you are hungry for! There are no set menus in place, menus are driven by seasonal ingredients and my clients’ preferences. I am happy to describe past menus to potential clients upon request.

My client decided to have a dance party on the dinner table, after dinner, of course. I should’ve brought a disco ball!
